Partnership with the Museum of Science & Technology (MOST) in Syracuse
A key part of Chimera Integration’s community engagement is our partnership with the Museum of Science & Technology (MOST) in Syracuse. MOST has been a cornerstone in STEM for the community, offering interactive exhibits and learning experiences to spark curiosity and understanding of science and technology. Through our sponsorship and support, Chimera Integration helps maintain and enhance these programs, making learning in technical subjects accessible and exciting. This partnership allows us to contribute to the community in a meaningful way, bringing high-quality science and technology education to learners of all ages.
Another initiative we’re proud to support is the PACE (Peru Afterschool Career Explorations) program, a five-year grant-funded project designed to introduce Peru Central School District students to a range of career opportunities, including those in tech and engineering. Open to students in grades 4 through 12, PACE provides experiences that broaden students' horizons and help them develop important academic and career-related skills. Chimera’s involvement in PACE aligns with our goal to inspire career aspirations early on, fostering knowledge in areas like critical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. By contributing to programs like PACE, Chimera helps equip students with essential skills for the modern workforce.
In addition to supporting education at the elementary and secondary levels, Chimera Integration also actively engages with college students through programs like the CEO Club at SUNY Plattsburgh. The Collegiate Entrepreneur Organization (CEO) Club aims to inform, support, and inspire students to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities, encouraging them to turn innovative ideas into real-world enterprises. Earlier this year, Chimera presented to the CEO Club, sharing insights on the intersection of science and entrepreneurship, and encouraging students to explore careers that bridge technology and business. This type of engagement strengthens entrepreneurial skills among college students as they prepare for their future careers.
